How do I pay?
By UPI AutoPay, debit card or credit card, through Razorpay. You approve once, and each month (or year) is charged automatically. You get a receipt every time.
What happens after the free trial?
Choose a plan in the app under Plan and billing. If you don't, everything keeps working for 3 more days, then WhatsApp bookings pause and patients are asked to call you. Your data stays safe, and switching back on takes a minute.
Are WhatsApp's charges included?
WhatsApp (Meta) charges a small fee for some messages a business sends first, like reminders. That is billed by Meta to your WhatsApp account at their price. Replies to people who messaged you are free.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, in the app. You keep using it until the end of the period you paid for. If you're not happy in the first 30 days of your first paid plan, we refund you in full. See cancellation and refunds.
Is my patients' data safe?
Only you and the people you add can see it. Receptionists don't see visit notes. We never sell or share it, and you can delete a patient's data whenever they ask. See our privacy policy.
I work alone. Is this for me?
Yes. The Solo plan is made for one doctor, therapist or stylist. There are no "which staff" choices to get in your way. If you grow, switch to Team.
